Then comes the inner work to overcome your personal road blocks and to tap into your amazing resources. And finally, we’ll create your personal action plan to get you moving in the right direction.

INITIAL ASSESSMENT

Together we'll go over where you're at, where you're starting from and how you got there.

YOUR STRENGTHS

We'll assess the strengths and skills you have going for you, as well as the ones that you wish to develop. What are you great at? What do you love doing?

SENS OF PURPOSE

We'll then clarify what gives you a sense of purpose: you mission, your vision, your role and your ambition. We'll restore meaning into your daily life.

BALANCE AND ENERGY

Nothing gets accomplished without energy and we all have behaviors that drain our energy. We'll review what gives you energy and what takes it out of you. You'll get a clear understanding of what throws you off balance and what can jeopardize your health.

MOTIVATION AND HABITS

Together we'll go over what's important for you, what gets you up in the morning, what gets you fired up. You'll get to create your own set of habits to sustain your vision and projects.

ACTION

Nothing gets accomplished without action. Commitment to doing, trying, falling and getting back up is key to your success, so while we'll working together, you'll put your ideas into action right away.

How it works

In our first meeting, we'll determine a program together based on your needs and then we'll meet or talk by phone or over Zoom for 90-minute coaching sessions.

Pre- and post-session homework

Depending on your needs, I'll have you take one or two self-awareness assessments.
