Here I am.

I’m so passionate about helping people feel a sense of purpose in their daily lives. I feel that it’s a way to contribute to a better world. Because when you are connected to your true self and you feel a sense of purpose, you make decisions that are more caring for you, your loved ones, your colleagues, the planet. And I care about that.

My other driver is exploring and expanding people’s possibilities. So many times, we limit ourselves because we just don’t think further. It’s always been done this way, so I do it that way. Coaching helps to take a step back and question. “Could it be done differently?” – a question worth asking if we want to create a world for ourselves and for the future generations that has a future.

Already we know that the environment is in a rut, so it is our responsibility to rethink much of what we do. The good news is that immense freedom and energy come from questioning and…

reinventing the way we live our lives, work, connect and lead.

How I got here

Two separate paths got me here: a career in basketball and working as a communications executive. I so often lean on these two experiences in my coaching practice.

My first love was for basketball. My tall self felt at home on the court amongst other tall people. I had a way with the sport and the mental drive to compete, so I was quickly spotted to join elite teams. Once I picked up on the fact that you could always play on a higher league, I was hooked and I worked hard to continuously get to the next level. That drive and determination led me to apply for a scholarship in first division schools in the United States. I ended up getting a full scholarship at the College of Charleston in South Carolina.

I also played with the Swiss National team in European competitions and later, once I stopped playing, I joined the Board of Directors at the Swiss Basketball Federation. During these amazing years, I was inspired by the people I met from so many different walks of life and countries. There is power in a worldwide network of people sharing a passion.

My second adventure was a career in marketing and communications, mostly for international businesses and in the sports industry. I appreciated the dynamism and creativity of the organisations I worked for. Once again, my drive, energy and competitive spirit was eager to join the leadership teams so that I could make my own strategies and have a say in the decision processes. Again, I was able to meet people from all around the world and spend a few years in the beautiful city of Boston.

I've always gone for what I believed in and loved. Basketball, communications and then coaching. That's why I made it my mission to help people connect with what makes them most alive and create a plan to get where they would really want to go. I know it takes time, I know it takes heart, I know it can always be done.

Nothing great is ever accomplished alone

Little by little, I began to feel restless, uneasy. I had my dream job, a nice place to live, a convertible Mini and yet, I wasn’t happy. I was feeling disconnected and empty. This uneasiness led me to quit my job and take time for me to heal, meditate on my life, take up yoga, go on a soul adventure in Sedona, Jerusalem, the Great Pyramids and Petra. I also studied and got certified in NLP, coaching and integrative Breathwork. I was ready for something different. I decided to start a coaching practice to help others go on a journey to redefine themselves, their work style and their leadership (and how they want to use it).

That was a bit over 10 years ago. Since then, I’ve expanded my activities. I surrounded myself with people I love sharing and working with. I started a communications company where I work with two amazing women to deliver websites and other communications tools. I met my partner and gave birth to a vibrant little human being.

THEY ARE MY NEW TEAM.
